Windows 11*

Description

After updating the drivers, the keyboard no longer works/responds.

Resolution

Follow the steps below:

  1. Install the Input/Output (I/O) serial and chipset drivers from the driver pack.
    • You may need to connect USB Keyboard and Mouse, or use on-screen keyboard.
  2. Check if the onboard keyboard works outside the operating system (OS).
    • You can check it by accessing the BIOS setup (Tapping the F2 key) while booting up. If you are able to enter the BIOS setup, then the onboard keyboard worked.
  3. Check if the onboard keyboard works in safe mode.
  4. If the issue is not resolved, proceed with a clean installation of the operating system (OS).
    • Download the driver pack and follow the driver installation guide to proceed with driver installation after a clean installation of the OS.

If the issue persists, contact Customer Support.
