Questions about the Complimentary Gift Card for the Intel® Retail Edge Score with Intel® Core™ Laptop Winners

Resolution

For any issues concerning the complimentary gift card for the laptop winners of the Score with Intel® Core™ promotion, contact Intel Customer Support for assistance.

Additional information

Due to a communication error, the winners of the laptop from the Score with Intel Core competition received an item that was slightly used at a gaming event. Some of these laptops were not properly wiped and reset before being shipped out.

To meet our legal, privacy, and security concerns, winners were asked to ship back the item to us with free shipping. A return label was sent to the winners affected ,and two options were offered as an alternative:

  • We can reset the system back to its default factory settings and return it with a complimentary gift card worth 25% of the system's value.
  • We can replace the system with a brand-new Dell Alienware laptop, as originally indicated in our Terms and Conditions.
