For the courses completed at Intel® Partner University, an email is no longer provided, which is why partners did not receive emails for the recent trainings taken. However, we can assure you that the accomplished sessions are recorded on our system, and credits will still be applied accordingly after 3-5 business days.

Since there has been a recent merging between the Synnex* and Tech Data* (Distributor) accounts, partners under them must verify that we are not utilizing duplicate emails in order to prevent data conflicts for the courses.
