Resolution
Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Ensure that your audio is not on mute or low volume.
- Clear your browser's data (history, cache, and cookies).
- Open the link in your browser without opening any other tab.
- Open the link in a different browser, such as Edge*, Internet Explorer*, or Firefox*.
- Close other apps on your computer and access the link via Chrome* Incognito mode in the browser.
- Restart your system.
If the issue persists, submit a request to Intel Customer Support and provide the following for investigation:
- Username or Login ID
- The title of the training course
- URL/Link to the training course
