How to Resolve Audio and Video Issues in Intel® Partner University Training Courses

Description

  • The training courses in Intel® Partner University have no audio.
  • The training course video is working properly but has no audio.
  • The video in the training course is not playing.
  • The video for the training course just displays black.

Resolution

Follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Ensure that your audio is not on mute or low volume.
  • Clear your browser's data (history, cache, and cookies).
  • Open the link in your browser without opening any other tab.
  • Open the link in a different browser, such as Edge*, Internet Explorer*, or Firefox*.
  • Close other apps on your computer and access the link via Chrome* Incognito mode in the browser.
  • Restart your system.

If the issue persists, submit a request to Intel Customer Support and provide the following for investigation:

  • Username or Login ID
  • The title of the training course
  • URL/Link to the training course
  • Screenshot
