Description

  • Encountering Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37).
  • Ethernet is not connecting and doesn't work

Resolution

Perform Power Cycle.

  1. Shut down the system.
  2. Unplug the power cable.
  3. Press the power button to drain the power.
  4. Plug the power cable.
  5. Turn the system on and check if the system can connect to network.
