Cannot Open Public Document Using PDF Application

Description

User cannot access public document when using PDF application such as WinSCP:SFTPF or SCP client.

Resolution

  • Try to check the Always allow box in the pop-up to open the document using the PDF application such as WinSCP:SFTPF or SCP client. However, to access the public document, we recommend you use the direct link instead.
  • User must also have a registered basic Intel account with or without Developer Zone Standard or Premier access.
