Steps to troubleshoot the no boot and no display with Intel® Arc™ A770/A750 Graphics if it was recently installed on a motherboard.
Description
While the Intel® Arc™ Graphics Card is installed on the motherboard, there is no display or signal from the monitor, even after updating the BIOS.
Resolution
Try the following:
- Reseat the card into the main PCIe slot.
- Check if the monitor cable and the 6+8 Pin Power Connector is plugged into the graphics card.
- Install the latest graphics driver for Intel® Arc™.

- Enable resizable BAR in the BIOS.

- Try using basic PC hardware components such as 1 stick of RAM and storage. Clear the CMOS battery.
- Conduct a Swap Test using the same model Intel Arc on both PCIe slot.
