Description

  • Unable to complete the redemption process.
  • Error encountered: Something went wrong [8013].

Resolution

This error is caused when the item selected for redemption is either out of stock, or the quantity selected is higher than the stock available. It is recommended to reduce the quantity selected, or to choose another item for redemption.
