Only One Section of the Intel® Optane™ Memory H Series Is Visible in the Intel® Optane Memory and Storage Management

Both sections of the Intel® Optane™ Memory H Series SSD are visible in Windows*; for example, in Disk Management, Diskpart and This PC, but only the Optane portion is visible in the Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management application, and acceleration cannot be enabled.

It is important to install the correct Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) driver depending on the platform,. This can be confirmed with your system manufacturer or by visiting the Download Center to see the driver downloads page for the system.

There are generic Intel RST drivers available on the Intel website:

• Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver Installation Software with Intel® Optane™ Memory (10th and 11th Gen Platforms)
• Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver Installation Software with Intel® Optane™ Memory (11th and 12th Gen Platforms)
