Note

For the Lenovo Aura Edition devices, Intel® Unison™ app is preinstalled.

If Intel® Unison™ is removed from your PC, you can go to Microsoft Store to reinstall.

Resolution

To uninstall the Intel® Unison™ application, please follow the below procedures.

PC Bluetooth Devices Clean-up

  1. Remove Bluetooth pairing from your PC:
    1. Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices in settings.

    2. Select from the appearance of your phone’s name in Other devices.
    3. Click on Remove device button.
  2. Uninstall Intel® Unison™ PC App from Windows* PC
    1. Type Intel® Unison™ in Windows Search.
    2. Right-click the Intel® Unison™ icon.
    3. Select App settings.
    4. Click Uninstall button.
    5. Restart your PC.

 

iOS* iPhone/ iPad Clean-up

  1. Uninstall Intel® Unison™ app from your iPhone/ iPad device.
  2. Go to your iPhone/ iPad’s Settings > Bluetooth and click on the (!) icon next to your PC’s name.
  3. Click Forget this Device and Approve.

  4. Restart your iOS* iPhone/ iPad.

 

Android* Phone/ Tablet Clean-up

  1. Uninstall Intel® Unison™ app from your Android device.
  2. Go to your phone/ tablet’s Settings > Bluetooth and click the gear icon next to your PC’s name.
  3. Click Unpair.

  4. The phone will switch back to Settings > Bluetooth screen. On this screen, turn Bluetooth off and then turn it on again.
  5. Restart your Android* phone/ tablet.
