- I am unable to view an Intel Premier Support ticket.
- I need to check the status of an existing Intel Premier Support ticket.
Resolution
There are two ways to access Intel® Premier Support:
- premiersupport.intel.com
- The Resource & Design Center (RDC) also has a link to Intel® Premier Support.

New customers
- Work with your Intel representative to be granted access.
- Only accounts with a dedicated account owner are eligible for Intel Premier Support at this time.
