Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter Does Not Appear in the System BIOS of Any Server When the Card Does Not Have Option ROM

Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 does not appear in the system BIOS of the Intel® Server Board M50CYP2SB1U within the Intel® Server System M50CYP1UR204

This behavior is normal for the Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 that is not visible or detected in BIOS. This network adapter doesn't have Option ROM, therefore it's initialized or inventoried only when the OS starts, but not initialized or inventoried by the BIOS.

For any PCIe* adapter which has an Option ROM installed, those can be managed or initialized by the BIOS therefore it can be seen there.
