Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 Not Visible in BIOS Due to Missing Option ROM

Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 does not appear in the system BIOS of the Intel® Server Board M50CYP2SB1U within the Intel® Server System M50CYP1UR204
This behavior is normal for the Intel® Ethernet Server Adapter I350-T4V2 as it does not have an Option ROM.
The adapter is initialized only when the OS starts, not by the BIOS.
For any PCIe* adapter which has an Option ROM installed, those can be managed or initialized by the BIOS therefore it can be seen there.
