Unable to POST with Error Code with Intel® Data Center Systems

After Chipset Initialization and Memory Initialization (both completed, and no errors found), the screen goes blank. If press F2, it shows Entering Setup... and hangs. If press F6, it shows Entering Boot Manager... and hangs  (with POST Code EE 00). Tried a BIOS reset as well as an ME Firmware Force Update, and still unable to get to the UEFI boot menu.

The system was able to get to the EFI shell consistently after removing the RAID controller in the configuration.

1. Replace the RAID module and reboot the system to confirm if it passes the POST screen.
2. Swap the RAID between the 2 interposers and confirm that the issue follows the RAID controller; or the interposer card.
