Why Do I See Contacts from Another Company under Intel® Partner Alliance?

Need to know why contacts can be seen from companies other than my own
The reason contacts from other company can be seen in an Intel Partner Alliance account is that companies are grouped under a One Partner ID. This means that the training credits can be combined with revenues to other accounts to meet the tier requirements easily.
Those contacts cannot change or edit the account, and they need not to be removed since they are from a different company.
