Description

While using Plex* TV, the Intel® Arc™ A380 GPU is not being used for transcoding.

Issue not seen with driver 31.0.101.5590. Update the graphics driver to the latest version. For guidance follow How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11*.
