11th (TGL, RKL) and 12th (ADL) gen processors with Iris Xe Graphics, UHD graphics, and/or discrete Arc Graphics.

Description

Libraries for data visualization-related software components/control for .NET platforms used to build data visualization applications may experience problems. In particular, users reported that charting control becomes unresponsive, and Windows OS shows the following message: “Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware.” The problem is manifested when creating 1px width lines and asking it to be antialiased.

Resolution

This problem has been addressed in driver 31.0.101.4032. Install our latest driver to get this and other fixes. If you still experience issues with this driver, contact Intel Customer Support.
