  • Prize not showing from the Prize Portal after filling out the W9 Tax Form
  • Unable to determine the status of the prize from the Prize Portal

Resolution

Some Retail Sales Professionals (RSP) are encountering issues with claiming their prize in the Prize Portal. However, the Prize Fulfillment team is already working to resolve the issue.
