Unable to change the shipping address of an order already placed in the Intel® Retail Edge Program

Resolution

Changing the shipping address of orders placed in the Intel® Retail Edge Program can be made by updating the Retail Sales Professional's (RSP) account profile. To update the account profile's address, follow article How to Update Account Information in the Intel® Retail Edge Program.

If the order has already been shipped, contact the courier of your package using your tracking number to request and make arrangements for your delivery preferences.
