How to Request a Refund of Intel® Partner Alliance Points

Description

  • I want to request a refund on Points I used for a redemption.
  • My account got hijacked and someone redeemed our Points.

Resolution

In most cases, Points that have been redeemed may not be refunded.

However, there are certain instances when the Points will be returned.  This can include, but are not limited to:

  • The provider of the redemption (such as voucher, gift card) is unwilling or unable to process the order.
  • The redemption was for an unused Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) ODM vouchers because of unresponsive ECS representatives.
  • Intel makes a change to available suppliers making it impossible to redeem the voucher or gift card.
  • The Intel Partner Alliance account got hijacked and Points were redeemed by the hijackers.

Any request to refund points must undergo validation with the Intel Points team.

There is no guarantee that the request will be granted, but to submit a request contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following information:

  • Reward Name
  • Reward Description
  • Total points spent on the reward
  • Reason for the refund request
