Instructor-Led Training Credits from Intel® Partner University Not Awarded

• Haven't received the training credits earned from an event, live webinar, face-to-face training, or special training promotion.
• How long does it take for instructor-led credits to be awarded?

Credits earned by completing online training courses are usually posted within 1-2 business days.

Instructor-led training credits can take longer to be awarded, as they require manual processing. These credits can take 2-4 weeks to be awarded after completion of the training or the end date of the promotional period.  Note that this is the maximum, as our team works to award credits as quickly as possible.

These trainings include, but are not limited to:

• Credits earned for attending an event (such as watching the keynote presentation, attending breakout sessions, visiting vendor booths)
• Credits earned by attending a live webinar
• Credits earned from a face-to-face training with an Intel representative or Authorized Distributor
• Credits awarded as part of a special promotion (such as Intel Learning Day or Intel Training Marathon)
