Resolution

A user's account is disabled or locked with the status Compromised Account when there is a ransomware attack on your external company. Hence, the user accounts associated with the company will be locked due to their risks with our IP. Once we have confirmed that the incident has been fixed, the contacts will be re-enabled. However, if your account is not re-enabled, contact Intel Customer Support to further check the issue.
