What Is the Timeframe to Claim the Instant Win Prize I Won from the Intel® Retail Edge Program?

  • Missed claiming my Instant Win prize due to a condition or complication.
  • Clicked the link to claim the instant win, but nothing happened.

Resolution

You should receive a link via email to claim your Instant Win prize, which must be claimed within 72 hours. If you miss the 72-hour window, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

If you have already clicked the link to accept the prize and nothing happened, try accepting the prize directly through the website using a desktop computer or the mobile app. To confirm that it has been successfully accepted, go to your My Profile Dashboard and navigate to the My Rewards section. Your Instant Win prize should be displayed there.

Note

The 72-hour limit is for claiming only and not using/redeeming/spending. These vouchers do not have an expiration date for usage.

Additional information

Instant Win prizes are not available in the Prize Portal and the timeframe to accept the prize cannot be extended.
