Why Was My Intel® Retail Edge Auction Prize Shipped to a Different Address?

Did not receive the prize Retail Sales Professional (RSP) won from Auctions.

Resolution

The reason why an auction prize is not received is that the address in the Auction Profile is not updated. All prizes will be delivered to the winner’s address based on the Auction Profile created at the time of the first bid. To be eligible to receive rewards, make sure the address on the Auction Profile is current and updated.
