Received error : ImportError: DLL load failed while importing ie_api when inferencing with OpenVINO™.
Open the Command Prompt, and run the setupvars.bat batch file to temporarily set OpenVINO™ environment variables:
<INSTALL_DIR>\setupvars.bat
