We can verify that the section named Server Board Features shows in figure named Intel® Server Board M50CYP2SBSTD Component / Feature Identification that no NIC is present on the board, Serial Port A and Remote Management Port are present instead and no presence of NIC is shown, additionally the OCPv3 Adapter Connector is shown:
