Resolution

The error [8020] indicates that your account has been temporarily suspended due to a system issue.

To resolve the issue, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following information.

  • Account Number
  • Sign in email address
  • Screenshot of error message

The error [8007] is due to a reward limitation. To resolve this issue, you can follow either one of the steps below:

  • Lower the quantity, beginning with 5 or 10
  • Order just one unit of the reward and modify the quantity on the shopping cart page
