Are Intel® Partner Alliance Vouchers Region-Specific?

Need to know if the voucher received from TechData, Ingram, Synnex and ASI are for Canadian distributors or only US.
Vouchers themselves are region-specific, so partners will need to check the vouchers they ordered to determine if they are US or Canada. For instance, Tech Data vouchers are different from Tech Data Canada vouchers, and can only be used at those specific locations.
As vouchers are region-specific, they have to remain separate to stay in compliance. This has to do with government regulations and tax laws in each country, so it is necessary to keep them separate to stay in compliance.
