Need to know when can I receive points redemption gift ordered from the Intel® Partner Alliance Points Redemption page in PRC Region.

The official website of points shows that once the points are successfully redeemed, the gift will be sent within 4-6 weeks after the redemption date.

For customers in the People's Republic of China (PRC) region:

• The gift normally can be delivered about 2 weeks after redemption is made.
• Contact Intel Customer Support if you have not received the gift within 2 weeks.
