Screen Colors Appears Washed Out After Updating Graphics Driver on ASUS Laptop with Intel® Graphics Card

After updating the graphics driver on an ASUS laptop with Intel Graphics card, the gamma increases, and the screen appears washed out.
Using the myASUS* tool to update the ASUS Splendid application resolves the issue. For more information on how to update the application, contact ASUS support.
If you are experiencing conflicts between Splendid and Intel Graphics Software when editing the color configuration, this is expected behavior. Try using only Splendid for this, or disable its process to use Intel Graphics Software's.
Remember using various apps for the same purpose at the same time may create conflicts and one's options could overwrite the other's.
