Description
When trying to increase the time that the screen stays on while idle using Intel® NSS, the following error comes up:
Intel Context Sensing Service is not installed or is unavailable under User Presence Detection.
Resolution
Make sure that the following is updated in the following order to resolve the issue:
- Update the NUC M15's BIOS
- Update the operating system (OS)
- Update the NUC's drivers
