Account is locked and there's a message from the account to contact support.

Resolution

Contact Intel Customer Support for help unlocking your account. Provide the following information:

  1. Last login.
  2. Were you able to enter the correct username and password? (Yes or No)
  3. Have you tried resetting your password on your end? (Yes or No)

Additional information

You may reset your password on your end however if you are not able to receive the email reset link, contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance.
