• Unable to finish the competency due to incomplete mandatory courses displayed.
• Competency is not showing any courses.
• One mandatory course in Competency is not displayed.

Try the troubleshooting tips below as this sometimes occur due to website technical issues:

• Clear cache and cookies.
• Use a different browser (Edge*, Firefox*, and Chrome*).
• Use the Incognito* mode/Private Windows*.
