Description

All HS HDD ports are not being able to detect a hard drive (SSD-SATA)

Check if the HDD (SSD-SATA) is validated using our Server Compatibility Information - M50CYP
Make sure to check if the cables from the mini SAS drives are seated properly on the backplane of the server.
If using raiser cards, make sure the cards and connectors are seated properly.
If M.2 is being used, make sure the card is seated properly on the slot base.
Power Cycle the server and try again.
