  • No results found

Resolution

Reasons why documents can't be searched on the Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) website:

  • You don't have the Developer Zone Premier entitlement.
  • Content has expired and is no longer visible.
  • Content has not been published yet.
  • You have tried to view content that is explicit for account.

Steps to search for a specific document in the RDC website:

  1. Go to Resource and Documentation Center. (Sign-in / authentication required)
  2. Type in the search bar the document number you want to find.
  3. Alternatively, you can use the search bar in the top right corner of the RDC and intel.com website.

If the steps above did not work, try this workaround:

  1. Clear your browser cache for “All time.”
  2. Close all browser windows.
  3. Launch a new browser or open an Incognito/Private window and access the system.
  4. Sign in to Resource and Documentation Center and locate the document.
Important note

If the functional screen is already showing inactive, toggle the button to active, confirm My choices and then toggle the button to inactive, confirm My choices then search for the document again.
