Unable to configure for Intel® VPU (Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2 and Intel® Vision Accelerator Design with Intel® Movidius).

OpenVINO™ Runtime package install from PyPI* only includes a set of libraries for Intel® CPU and Intel® GPU hardware.

Install OpenVINO™ Runtime using an installer to download a set of libraries for Intel® VPU hardware.
