I Cannot Join an Intel® Live Webinar

Issues:

  • Webinar link not working.
  • I can't find the link to launch a webinar.
  • Unable to access the link to join a live webinar.

Resolution

If the link for the webinar is not working, first try these basic troubleshooting actions:

  • Try opening the link using another browser.
  • Clear browser cache, cookies, and history.
  • Close other apps on your computer, then try opening in Incognito mode in Chrome* browser.

If issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support. Provide the following information:

  • Webinar title and link
  • Screenshot of the error, if applicable
  • Your email address
  • Your company name and account number, if applicable
