Error: HTTP ERROR 431 when trying to access What's New? link.

       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Resolution

Follow these steps:

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  2. If problem persists, contact customer support.

What's New? link can be access in two ways: 

1. My Intel Dashboard

  • Log in to your My Intel Account .
  • Go to My Intel Dashboard.
  • Scroll down to Content. What's New? link can be found on the right under Quick Links.

 

2. Developers menu 

  • Log in to your My Intel Account.
  • Go to Developers tab.

  • Click Resources and Documentation.

 

  • Under Top Result, click Most Popular, then click Index. Scroll at the bottom. 

Important note: Developer Zone Premier Account is required to access What's New? link. If you need this account apply for Developer Zone Premier account.
