Unable to determine what Derived Unit is used in the BIOS Offset parameters for undervolting on the Intel® NUC X15 Laptops Kit.
Resolution
In the BIOS under Advanced > Undervolt, the Offset parameters Core Voltage Offset, GT Voltage Offset, and GTU Voltage Offset, indicate that the voltage is specified in millivolts.
