Description
Unable to determine if EMA installation is a single server, or a multi-server installation in order to add servers to the EMA installation.
Resolution
- Login into the EMA WebUI as Global admin
- Select the Server Settings tab
- Check current value at Admin Portal Local option
- If the Admin Port Local is 1 then it is a single server install and cannot be upgraded.
- If the Admin Port Local is 0 then it was installed as Multi-server and can be upgraded to use Multiple servers.

Changing the setting in the WebUI will not change the server from a single-server installation to a Multi-server installation. |
