4K resolution is not available in Intel Graphics Command Center
Overscan and underscan not available on the display option
Resolution
Check the cable version, such as HDMI, VGA, DP, or USB C, to see if it is 4K capable.
Try different monitors and display cables. Use straight connections, with no video adapters in between.
If you're using an adaptor or a docking station, check the specifications to see whether it requires a driver update or if it supports the 4K capability.
If the issue happens on a laptop, make sure to contact original equipment manufacturer to confirm graphics supported using the system display port.
