Cannot Access My Leads from the Intel® Partner Showcase

Intel® Partner Showcase

Description

  • Cannot access or view leads received from the Intel® Partner Showcase (formerly called the Intel® Solutions Marketplace).
  • Need to give one of my employees access to manage leads in Intel Partner Showcase.

Resolution

To access/view leads, you must be an active member of Intel® Partner Alliance program with one of the following roles:

  1. Partner Admin
  2. Partner Admin Delegate
  3. Employee, with the following Entitlement:
    • Primary Lead Development Representative - Can receive and dispose leads from the Marketplace for the account.

There are three ways to grant the entitlement for the contact:

  1. Partner Admin/Partner Admin Delegate can assign the responsibility/entitlement to the contact.
  2. Partner Admin/Partner Admin Delegate can send request to Intel Customer Support to grant contact's access to leads.
  3. Employees must coordinate with their Partner Admin or Partner Admin Delegate to assign the access rights.
