Training Course Not Found in Intel® Partner University

Description

  • Course Not Found error encountered in Intel® Partner University.
  • Unable to access Device as a Service course.
  • Only a few courses are showing and no competencies available.
  • No courses are displayed in Intel Partner University.
  • Encountered Access Denied error when trying to access certain courses.

Resolution

This usually happens due to the following reasons:

  • You are not registered and active within the Intel® Partner Alliance program.
  • Contact entitlement for Intel Partner University has not yet been granted.
  • The access and entitlements for your newly registered account haven't fully synced with the system. Once your account is registered in the Intel Partner Alliance program, there is a 2-3 day processing period during which the entitlements are being synchronized within the system. It is advisable to wait for this processing period to pass so that your account's access is fully functional.

Make sure you are registered for the Intel Partner Alliance Program.

For further assistance, submit a request to Intel Customer Support (login required) and provide the following for proper resolution:

  • Link of the course
  • Screenshot of the error message
  • Email address used to log in
