Created runtime package using OpenVINO™ Deployment Manager.
Moved runtime package into deployment machine.
Unable to determine whether Python application can be run on deployment machine without installing OpenVINO™ Toolkit and Python.

OpenVINO™ Deployment Manager creates a deployment package that includes associated dependencies into a runtime package for the target device.

Install Python on target device.
