Description

Platform Not Supported error displayed when installing Intel® Rapid Storage Technology driver.

Resolution

In order to fix the error, make sure to have the following BIOS settings set:

  1. Access BIOS by pressing<F2>.
  2. Go to Advanced.
  3. Go to Storage.
  4. Check Enable VMD controller.
  5. Press F10 to save and exit the BIOS.
