Resolution

Steps to follow when trying to connect to company's account:

For an existing business account in Intel® Partner Alliance, make sure to input the correct account details to properly find a match. If no results, create a new or temporary company account.

  1. To create a new company account, follow the instructions below:
    1. Log in to Intel Partner Alliance site,
    2. You should be redirected to Connect to Your Company’s Account.
    3. Click Create a new company account.

  2. For new account registration, apply the basic troubleshooting below for site efficiency:
    • Use Chrome*, since it is the recommended browser. Other browsers may not function properly.
    • Clear browsing data (history/cookies).
    • Open a new Chrome Incognito window to navigate the page.

    Once done, sign into Intel Partner Alliance and complete the registration. If issue persists, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following:
