I Did Not Receive an Email about My Instant Win Prize in the Intel® Retail Edge Program

Description

  • Did not receive an email for my instant win and have not accepted or claimed it yet.
  • Requesting to send the instant win prize to an alternate email since the current email, where the instant win is supposed to be sent, is blocked.
  • Did not receive the gift code after accepting the instant win prize.

Resolution

If you did not receive the email notification, check your email junk and spam folders first, just in case the email went there. If you confirm that the email is not in either folder, go to your My Profile Dashboard, look for the specific instant win reward, and you will find the redemption instructions there as a hyperlink. Click the link to see how to redeem it and its respective gift code.
