Summary
Steps to resolve issue where user has to uplug and replug in the power to get their NUC to boot.
Description
After turn off the Intel® NUC, there is no response to press the power button.
Must unplug/replug the power to start.
Resolution
Disable Fast Startup so that Windows® shuts down normally.
To disable Fast Startup in Windows® :
- Type Control Panel in the Search bar.
- Change View by to Large icons.
- Click Power Options.
- Select Choose what the power buttons do.
- Select Change settings that are currently unavailable.
- Uncheck Turn on fast startup in the Shutdown settings section.
- Click Save changes.
