Unable to connect to Internet on 5GHz Wi-Fi band with Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200.

The AX200 works normally on 2.4G Wi-Fi but can't connect to Internet using 5G Wi-Fi.
It can connect after setting Channel Width to 20MHz only for 5GHz, but the speed is very slow.
The issue only appears on the Xiaomi AX3600 router, and can be resolved by setting the wireless channel to fixed 161 with 80MHz channel width. While this will connect, the performance will be limited.
