Encountered Error: "For security reasons, your account has been disabled" When Logging In To My Intel Account

Description

Unable to log in to My Intel Account and with error: For security reasons, your account has been disabled.

Resolution

  • The account might be blocked because the customer’s name matches a restricted party name. 
  • Contact Customer Support for Sign-in Issues and provide the following information:
    • Full legal name (first name, middle name, last name)
    • Email address
    • Physical address
    • Date of birth
    • Region of Origin (For Ukraine customers only)
